In the Controlled Parking System, special parking spaces for People with Disabilities (PwD) have been designated. PwD vehicles are allowed to park freely and without an hourly fee, 24/7, with no time restrictions, in the specifically designated spaces for this purpose.

These vehicles must display a special blue badge in a visible spot on the vehicle.
